Job Summary:
Provides executive support to senior-level positions. Works closely with other Executive Administrative Assistants. Aids executive in staff capacity by handling a wide variety of situations involving the administrative functions of the company. Disposes of matters of routine or non-routine nature to conserve executive's time. Operates with great latitude using independent judgment and initiative with a high level of discretion.



Job Roles:
 Works on assigned product launch activities with direct supervision.
• Serves as a point of contact assisting with ensuring all necessary factors are in place for a successful product or program launch.
• Assists with designing and implementing custom release solutions.
• Uses information gathered from executives/business sponsors/stakeholders to assist in the creation of product launch activities, such as release strategy, marketing communication plan, technical documentation and training. 
• Helps to organize goals and strategy for product launch activities.
• With direct supervision, completes day-to-day operational activities as assigned.
• Assists with the creation and editing of project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Proactively highlights and documents risks related to projects.
• Assists with the creation and execution of communications.
• Participate in team meetings from conception to completion in order to create and execute product launch activities.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Role Specific Knowledge:
Technical Skills
• Experience working product management, program management, operations or related area
• Working knowledge of Product Lifecycle methodologies
• Experience working with Microsoft Office with a special emphasis on using PowerPoint to create engaging presentations
• Ability to conduct presentations using WebEx or other related software
• Ability to work with Adobe Acrobat to create PDF documents and forms, etc
• Soft Skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with increased ability to develop a working rapport with others
• Personal sense of urgency, capacity to overcome obstacles, and thrive in a changing environment with competing priorities
• Strong ability to work in a team environment with direct supervision, fulfill commitments and meet competing priority deadlines
• Good communication, presentation and business skills necessary to work closely with company leaders and management teams
• Strong time management skills.


Education, Licensure, and Experience:
Completion of an High School Diploma
• Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in Product Launch processes which includes experience in software development.
