Mechanical Engineer - Assistant Maintenance Manager
Days/Hours: 1st Shift Opportunity - Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm (Flexible), Weekends as needed
Location: High Point, NC
Responsibilities: The Assistant Maintenance Manager oversees the physical upkeep of a large Class A set of buildings such for a college campus to include: houses, apartment complex, industrial warehouse, office building, academic buildings, and related facilities. Manage a maintenance staff to perform the necessary repairs and improvements to the physical assets. We provide Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical and other maintenance to the customer facilities.
Requirements:
- Education: Technical Degree (Associates or bachelors) in Facilities Maintenance, Building Maintenance Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
- Skills: Strong computer and business solutions software skills. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting, training, guiding, motivating and mentoring team members, clients and company management.
