Key Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)
Process Domestic called in, faxed in, and emailed orders
Assist in sending out and recording demo equipment to field reps and customers
Assist in regular follow up of demo equipment on loan to customers
Assist Inside Sales team with assigned workload
Receive, resolve, and document customer complaints/coordinate product returns
Work with scheduling to communicate accurate ship dates to our customers
Field calls regarding returns, repairs / replacement parts, and tracking packages
Assist in the daily operation of the department
Promptly and regularly provide any feedback gained from customers pertaining to product coverage, customer coverage, and competitive information
Proactively engage in increasing product and industry knowledge on Radiation Oncology
Performs other tasks as directed by Management.

Required Education, Experience, and Certifications
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Two+ years of customer service experience.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
Possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Attention to Detail — Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
The ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.
The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
The ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.
Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
The ability to provide training and information about the safety and proper operation of equipment and systems.

Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
The ability to type 40 wpm and 10-key.
