Eggplant Software, now a Keysight Company is seeking a Software Engineer based out of our Boulder, CO office.

Our engineering product teams work in a highly collaborative environment utilizing Scrum agile methodology. We participate in hackathons twice a year to exercise our creative muscles. About the Role:
You will play an integral role in designing new functionality and driving the Windows application user experience, focusing on the on-time implementation of new features, and working with our QA team members to resolve bugs and improve usability. This is an exciting role that would be building out new functionality on our flagship test automation product and focusing on an amazing user experience for our product, especially the Windows platform.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Design and implement new features for Eggplant in C++
* Help develop a cross-platform Cocoa interface layer, focusing on Windows, but also compatible with Mac OS X and Linux.
* Work in an agile programming environment using Scrum and Jira.
* Optimize Eggplant application performance and reduce memory usage.
* Resolve bugs identified by QA or Customer Support.
* Very occasional travel may be required.
Job Qualifications
You should have a proven track record of system level application development for complex software with a strong background in software engineering principles. You should love software craftsmanship and digging head first into finding solutions to difficult problems.
Specific requirements include:
* BA/BS in a technical field.
* Knowledge of software development best practices
* Extensive .NET experience with multiple languages (preferably C++ and C#)
* 2-4 years of experience in a commercial Software Development role.
* Familiarity with C++
Bonus Skills
* Experience with Scrum methodology and Jira.
* Familiarity with Mac particularly Objective-C (Cocoa).
* Familiarity with Linux, GNUstep.
* Familiarity with VNC/RDP.
* Windows security and Smart card programming.
* Any test automation experience
Colorado Pay Range - $91,430 - $152,380
