Calix is seeking a Process Automation Architect to develop system solutions and process automations to support the company's strategic focus areas including Go To Market, Customer Operations, Services and Supply Chain Management.
You will collaborate with business teams and work with Oracle and Salesforce development teams to design solutions and construct business requirements to continuously improve and scale existing processes and transform business outcomes.
Knowledge with Oracle Fusion, Oracle MRP and SCC configurations are desired, in addition to experience with Salesforce.com and process automation and api tools.
Responsibilities:
Define solutions for business process problems and work cross functionally to implement.
Create project plans to deliver solutions and service enhancements to the business, including resources, schedule and budget sizing.
Manage projects, including internal and external resources, to deliver IT solutions according to the project plan.
Ongoing management of assigned business areas.
Provide training and education on implemented business processes and automations.
Analyze business processes to be automated including:
Model current (as-is) processes
Model future (to-be) processes
Quantify process metrics
Propose alternative solutions
Recommend automation solutions
SME for POC and user acceptance testing
Minimum five years' experience in the development and delivery of IT applications and systems.
Solid understanding of business applications especially one or more of the following areas; ERP, CRM, Finance and Accounting, HR-IS and PDM.

SCM Cloud
Salesforce
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Microsoft Office 365
Flow
Power Apps
Power BI
Excellent project management skills and experience managing IT project delivery, including resource, schedule and budget planning. Deep knowledge of PM methodology and tools, PMP certified a plus.
Excellent IT process management skills and experience, ITIL v3 certification a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills.
Excellent business analysis abilities and experiences aligning business needs with IT capabilities.
Able to get to the root cause and resolve complex planning topics
Able to easily and effectively translate business requirements into system solutions, articulating business impacts.
