Job Summary: Ensures application of systems thinking principles, allowing team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software. Provide the necessary documentation to support the software Development Life Cycle. Develop prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology. Apply modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch new business capabilities.

Job Specific Information:This position will build, maintain, and support enterprise class solutions supporting shipment information aggregation and distribution.

Abilities/Knowledge/Skills Considered a Plus:
* Java/J2EE technologies including Spring Boot framework
* API/Web Services: Restful, JSON, SOAP, WSDL, XML, Microservices
* Enterprise scale event driven architecture
* Red Hat Enterprise Linux
* CI/CD integration experience using industry standard components and pipeline tools
* Datastax Enterprise
* Messaging technologies (JMS and Kafka)
* Design and development of cloud native applications using Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodology
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting and collaborating with developers, analysts, and business staff throughout the organization.
* Ability to express complex technical information in a user-friendly language and style; present information effectively in one-on-one, and small group settings, including executive management.

Domicile: This position will be domiciled in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Collierville, Tennessee (suburb of Memphis, Tennessee), Moon Township, Pennsylvania or Orlando, Florida.

Remote Work: The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Relocation: Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree /or equivalent formal training, certifications, or work experience in coding. Requires three (3) year qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
