Job Description:

We are currently seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to join our team at Regency Gardens, a 94 unit apartment community in Pompano Beach, FL.

Position Summary:

The Leasing Consultant would be responsible for responding to all prospect calls, walk-in visits, and internet inquiries in a professional manner while presenting the apartment community in a positive light.

Responsibilities:

• Showcasing the property to prospects and converting them to qualified residents


• Answering telephones


• Recording traffic


• Marketing and outreach


• Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium 

Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of previous leasing or sales experience 


• Ability to work evenings and weekends


• Ability to work on-call


• Section 42 experience preferred 


• Yardi software experience preferred 


• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong judgment 


• Bilingual preferred
