Overview Of Responsibilities

• Full account management for existing clients, including quoting, order entry and invoicing.


• Fosters positive relationships to encourage increased sales


• Proactively manages challenges


• Participates in client meetings to ascertain client feedback and appropriate action steps


• Reconciles invoicing issues as needed and facilitates resolution of invoice problems


• Maintains relationships with consistent follow up plan to ensure all details are well managed


• Manage customer specific pricing programs with vendors and distributors
