Job Description:






1st shift 7a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
-Create or collect, copy, distribute and file documents & reports for the Service Department..
-Maintain computer files for shipments, receipts, and inventory to include data entry, resolution of incomplete or inaccurate data, and audits to assure data integrity.
-Conduct physical audits/recounts to ensure accuracy of service documents.
-Collect, maintain and communicate daily priorities for service.

Minimum Qualification


High School, GED or equivalent experience or training. Career Readiness Certification preferred. Job requires basic reading, writing, and math skills.
-Working knowledge of MS office products and database skills: Excel, Word, Power Point and Access and MAPICS (MRP) systems.
-Must be able to accurately enter data. Must enjoy detail work such as proofreading, list comparisons, and inventory audits.
-Must be able to communicate and cooperate with outside truck drivers and dispatchers as well as plant personnel.
-Self-starter, able to manage conflicting priorities and uneven workload.
