Job Summary
Responsible for indexing, coding and data entry of filings to assure all information is being processed correctly and in compliance with customer expectations.
Distributes electronic images to bulk data customers. Reviews, updates and loads data and images according to customer specifications.
Essential Functions
Operational
Indexes documents daily.
Assigns codes to documents based on types.
Enters data into database.
Makes adjustments to data.
Replaces missing documents to close gaps.
Distribute electronic images to customers weekly.
Processes billing for images received.

Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and established policies and procedures.
Troubleshoots and guides others on a wide variety of complex problems and identifies solutions within broad application and functional expertise.
