Job Description

Works collaboratively with responsibilities specific to cash and treasury operations, short-term borrowing and investments, as well as payments. Responsible for the dayly operational aspects of treasury, managing and monitory transactions and executing borrowing/investment transactions. Insures liquidity and prepares cash flow projections. Manages daily banking relationship working collaboratively with Comptroller and CFO in relationship strategy. Expected to research financing options and make recommendations that maximize financial flexibility and minimize risk. Reports to the Comptroller and provides analytical support to the Comptroller and Executive Leadership.

Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in business or accounting.


  • Three to five years experience in progressively higher levels of professional accounting functions.


  • Two years general ledger experience to include the ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate accounting and banking data as well as extensive knowledge and understanding of cash management procedures.


  • Two years experience handling property insurance and managing claims.


  • Thorough knowledge of property insurance and claims negotiation and settlement practices.


  • Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of accounting and financial administration.


  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel.


  • Excellent communication skills required to work effectively with others including executive management.


  • Must be detail oriented.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Accounting and Treasury experience.
