Purpose of Position:

The Branch Operations Manager provides operational support to Branch Operations and Sales, both tactical and strategic, and provides onsite management ofthe Branch and its staff. The Branch Operations Manager is also responsible for assisting Sales meet targets and goals and oversees daily operations and Branch Profit and Loss (P&L) while supporting improvements in service, inventory management and overall efficiency and productivity. Collaborates with key stakeholders to improveprocesses that drive growth and profitability expansion.

Core Accountabilities:

* The scope of responsibilities includes operations of service deptartment, handle incoming customer calls, order entry, ordering finished goods, purchasing and management ofhouse accounts related to contracts and service.

* Communication - Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts Receivable and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
* Manage Will Call Customers - Manage will call traffic at the branch and ensure proper transactionsof inventory.
* Warehouse Duties- Order product, receive in product, manage inventory levels, and organize warehouse for efficient processing of orders. Learn and become expert in cut and cap filter process and ensure completeness of inventory transaction.
* Sales, Marketing and Customer Service- Manage customer support personnel and ensure proper entry of orders. Work with Marketing to ensure that marketing initiatives are communicated to customers.
* Financial- Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets.

Requirements:


  1. Bachelor's Degree (B.S) in Business Administration, Management or Financepreferred;

  2. Minimum of five (5) years of related experience;

  3. Minimum of two (2) years experience managing others;

  4. Industry relevant managementexperience;

  5. Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management;

  6. Knowledge of business and management principles and practices;

  7. Knowledge of basic financial principles and practices;

  8. Minimum Information technology principles;

  9. Good communication skills and principles.
