As Home Delivery Associate, you will represent the RH brand by providing a luxury experience when delivering furniture and accessories to our customers' homes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
• Deliver RH furniture and accessories to client homes, using exceptional customer service skills to ensure the client has a luxury experience
• Physically verify that all items are correct per SKU number in your assigned outbound lane using the provided outbound manifest
• Assemble product to manufacturer's specifications
• Fully inspect product to ensure it meets the highest quality
• Clean and prepare product for final inspection
• Remove all debris and packaging from your outbound lane prior to sign off by your supervisor

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Prior customer service or in-home delivery experience
• General working knowledge of small hand tools, screwdriver, socket set, ratchet, as well as cordless power drills and similar tools
• Ability to understand and interpret schematic assembly instructions
• Sense of pride, urgency and attention to detail in your work

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must pass background review and drug screen
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 100 lbs
