The Assets Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and verifying the inventory of Company assets. The role will develop, implement, and manage efficient movement of assets throughout organization, while working both independently and as part of a team and collaborates effectively with other employees, customers, vendors and various other third parties. This position will work under the direction of the Director of Operations Support, Asset Management.

Detailed Description:
End-to-End management of equipment movement between the facility and field locations, including from Region to Region
Point of contact for all incoming and outgoing asset transfers within each Region
Verify location of each asset is accurately tracked and maintained within the applicable tracking software by departing and receiving parties
Manage tracking of equipment readiness - what equipment is on the ready line and/or down for repair - and liaise between Operations and Maintenance for management of needs
Manage equipment Preventative Maintenance (PM) compliance by coordinating equipment movement between Maintenance and Operations
Perform retention and transfer standard audits within Region(s) to ensure each is following asset standards set forth per Horsepower Calculator while maintaining appropriate footprint and equipment requirements on location at the wellsite
Perform asset audits at District yards/warehouses, in the field, and at vendor locations to ensure accuracy of physical assets to system records
Tag and track assets, including Company vehicles and equipment, through maintaining proper records of assets
Research, assess and action asset valuation process to determine timing of asset write off, disposal, and retirement, including Company vehicles and equipment
Provide back up support to Assets Associate in maintaining the asset database and all relevant files
Verify all asset records match and are accurate between Maintenance and Operations

Job Requirements:
Possess basic computer skills in Microsoft (MS) Office and working knowledge of MS Excel
Effective customer service and communication skills and ability to collaborate with other employees, customers and third parties
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to run reports and take ownership of initiatives from start to finish
Ability to work with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work closely with others and under time-sensitive deadlines including potential emergency response situations
Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under time-sensitive deadlines while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor when adversity and multiple initiatives/priorities are encountered
Willing to work extended schedules that may include days or nights, as well as weekends and holidays in different weather conditions
Must stay alert and focused during the shift while performing repetitive and routine activities
Requires bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, and crawling, walking on uneven surfaces, and climbing equipment ladders or stairs throughout the work shift
Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all designated times
Ability to travel as needed to other offices and work sites, occasionally requiring extended travel to remote locations and/or overnight stay(s) outside normal office area.
The selected individual will have direct reports, including several of which work remotely
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED certificate
5+ years' experience with assets, shop and/or field role in the Oil & Gas industry
Must have valid state-issued driver's license and be eligible to drive Company vehicle including ability to meet requirements of Company's Vehicle Use Agreement and Driving Policy
The Assets Supervisor must work with an emphasis on individual safety and safety for others, including coworkers and third parties. This position will split time between an office environment and working in a warehouse or field setting, which may require the employee to work outdoors for long periods of time in all types of weather conditions typical of the area where the job is located, including dust, humidity, sleet, snow, rain, mud, cold, heat, wind, and other inclement weather. Working conditions for this position may involve exposure to varying outdoor conditions, including environmental chemicals, gases, noise, dampness, fumes, radiation, and heights.
