You will create new customers, both directly and working with existing and new Ntirety partners.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage accounts as your own business and be compensated for your success in driving the organization's growth
  • Be the first line in qualifying inbound phone calls, chats and emails, and then passes to appropriate sales executive.
  • Provide follow up and take ownership of all assigned tasks, including customer interactions
  • Assist Sales Executives with progressing opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Independently and collaboratively strategize for solving deal-level challenges
  • Provide an overview of Ntirety's compliant security solutions to prospective customers
  • Collaborate with teammates and management on marketing programs, lead generation, and joint selling with channel and technology partners
  • Increase Ntirety's sales volume
  • Qualify, propose and close transactional sales for existing customers
  • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting and insights
  • Track activity, metrics and key performance indicators on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Stay current & provocative: Consistently seek out ongoing training and sales enablement programs, best use of sales methodology, and deepening expertise in Ntirety products and solutions
  • Be a passionate promoter of Ntirety culture and values in the sales organization and throughout Ntirety

Requirements

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strategic Thinking-Systematically solves problems and hypothesizes possible customer pain points, expectations, and implicit needs; brainstorms with team members to devise solutions to solve complex deal challenges
  • Communication-Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with prospective and existing customers
  • Interpersonal Influence-Uses rational and emotional drivers that would appeal to customers to comfortably drive negotiation conversations in his or her favor. Be persuasive and goal oriented
  • Motivation and Ambition - must possess the ability to work independently with minimal daily guaidance
  • Experience in sales (Enterprise sales, call center or retail)
  • Creativity and flexibility to implement new sales strategies and systems.
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor. (High energy, via the phone, is a critical success factor in this role. Creating and fostering new relationships is key to success in this role)
  • IT background and experience a plus
  • Willingness to travel: Up to 10% required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
