Job Description:

H ealth c are, Higher Education and Non - Profit (HHN) Associate Bankers work primarily to complement their banking team, but also function semi- independently to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients and prospects . In this role you will work with and assist senior bankers in client acquisition strategies and growth of existing relationships. As an HHN Associate Banker you are responsible for growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI) Health c are, Higher Education and Non - Profit target space (companies with revenues or budgets between $20 million and $7 Billion). Our clients and prospects are non-profit organizations in nature and include Hospitals and Health Systems, Universities and Colleges, Mission-driven non-profits and Foundations.

Our HHN Associate Bankers are required to have deep working knowledge of our solutions including, but not limited to: Credit, Treasury Services, Commercial Card and Merchant Services Solutions. Our strongest Associate Bankers have a methodical approach to the market activity and prospecting , but also through credit analysis to identify financial needs and recommend the appropriate credit products and services.

MMBSI delivers locally, and therefore our ideal candidate would h a ve local market connections and knowledge, as well as possess the following attributes:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
• Find ways to drive efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation, while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years with above average performance results in a similar banking role or credit/lending related experience ; preferably completion of a Commercial Bank credit analyst training program
• Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
• Strong leadership skills required
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
• Demonstrated ability to present to clients and prospects to create and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment
• Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate accordingly
• Superior knowledge of the market dynamics and its competitive landscape preferred
• Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of products and services
