We are a 110 Bed Long Term Care Skilled Facility.  We are part of the National Healthcare Corporation family and provide quality healthcare and skilled nursing to the great community of Manchester, NH and its neighboring communities. We are actively seeking professional LNAs to meet the needs of our residents working  7-3 Shift.  At Maple Leaf Health Care Center, we follow the NHC philosophy of providing care in a "Better Way".
