The Compensation and Benefits Services team within Total Rewards is responsible for the implementation, administration, and upkeep of global rewards programs. A unique opportunity exists within the Total Rewards Service Delivery team for a Retirement Benefits Manager.
Reporting to the VP, Service Delivery for Capital Accumulation plans, this position is responsible for the service delivery of Prudential’s 401(k) and Nonqualified Deferred Compensation plans. They will also support the service delivery of Pension plans, gradually increasing scope in this area over time. In this role, the incumbent will work closely with plan design experts, recordkeepers and the data and process management team to deliver end-to-end solutions that support plan requirements, comply with regulations, and provide an excellent participant experience. This role will also interface with employees and other stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
The ideal candidate should have a deep analytical background, complex project experience, and strong written and oral communication skills. In this role, you must be able to manage multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment where the ability to work autonomously is critical for driving successful outcomes. Equally important is flexibility and partnering to effectively contribute to team projects and/or provide coverage to teammates as workload dictates. Strong relationships with those viewed as teammates, strategic partners, service providers, and vendor partners are necessary to ensure successful delivery of services and support.

Salary range specific to Colorado: $98,000-$139,200 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.-
