  • Responsible for a team of associates within the Expenditure Management Tax team which processes all branch business licenses and property tax payments

  • Provide support and leadership to team members to promote high quality performance and associate development.

  • Ensure team responsibilities/objectives are completed timely and accurately.

  • Participate and/or lead in department and division projects.

  • Develop and maintain effective communications and relationships within Finance and across the firm.

  • Prioritize, delegate, and understand controls and workflow.

  • Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of department policies and procedures.

  • Conduct performance meetings and coach for continuous improvement.

  • Identify, propose solutions and implement efficiency improvements.

  • Deliver difficult messages to, Financial Advisors, Branch Office Administrators and other associates at the firm within the Accounting Services function.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in tax accounting field preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, V look ups, pivot tables)

  • Previous leadership experience considered a plus.
