Job Description:

Join our team as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders within Macquarie Capital in our San Francisco office for a two month contract.


As an Executive Assistant supporting a dynamic team within Macquarie Capital, you will gain international exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills.


In this role you will be responsible primarily for calendar management, expense and invoice processing, and travel coordination (both domestic and international) for a team of executives, using Concur. You will collaborate with other EAs and executives across multiple internal teams and take an active role to support its success. You will also get the opportunity to work on various ad-hoc projects, including the coordination of team conferences and events.


Exercising good judgment, discretion, and flexibility in your approach, you will be proactively anticipating the needs of the executives that you support. As a problem solver who can multi-task with ease, your understanding of the industry culture will help you to support the team. Microsoft Office Suite experience is required with proficient skills in PowerPoint. Experience working in a Financial environment is preferred.
