Your day to day

 

The Manager, Travel Partnership will manage and optimize travel partnerships.

• Lead the day-to-day management of travel (e.g. airline, car rental) and dining partnerships to drive revenue for IHG


• Support the development and implementation of an airline and travel partner strategy to help increase member acquisition and engagement


• Manage Relationships with cross-functional internal and external partners

 

What we need from you

 

Education

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

Critical Expertise & Experience

• 6-8 years in hospitality or other consumer-focused sector, preferably within a large multi-national company


• Demonstrated strategic experience and proficiency in managing partnership portfolios


• Expertise in negotiating partnership programs with third parties such as travel & loyalty partners


• Proven experience in effectively working cross-functionally in a global organization


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Strong drive for results, demonstrated through generating strategy, execution and impact.


• Proven track record in effectively managing complex partnerships


• Execution capability including high financial modelling and marketing planning
