JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Strategic Supply Chain Design and Analytics Manager will lead our team that focuses on business projects to support long-term supply chain strategies and business goals. We seek an experienced professional to monitors key integrated business planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinate cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead, develop, execute and implement complex projects and process improvements working closely with Commercial & Business Leadership teams to define and develop a supply chain network design to support the business strategy.
Support and develop Accelerated Continuous Improvement (ACI) workstream to drive continuous improvement to current excellence standards across the organization
Using extensive understanding of supply chain practices and procedures, review and monitor processes and ensure best practices are identified and shared between locations
Lead our team in evaluating complex network design and optimization activities to resolve and outline impacts to the business.
Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Three years of supervisory experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM and/or CSCP) or equivalent
Ten years of related work experience with at least five in supply chain planning
Experience using supply chain design & optimization systems (i.e. Llamasoft, LogicNet Plus, Oracle Strategic Network Optimization) and processes to drive improvements in business results
Cross Functional Experience including IT, Operations, Sales, Finance
