Job Description:

Epiq is recruiting Associate Business Development professionals to join our global sales team. This is a virtual-based position in the U.S that will support our Global Account Directors.  

Specifically, you will


  • Identify new potential clients through cold calling/prospecting and networking


  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue from clients and expand the client base by developing new accounts


  • Understand client needs and future requirements and present and align Epiq’s services and solutions to meet clients’ needs


  • Create long term/trusted partner level relationships with clients


  • Develop understanding around Epiq’s  products and services


  • Partner and work with other global sales team members to win opportunities


  • Utilize salesforce.com and or other CMS systems for activity/opportunity tracking/planning and forecasting


  • Establish and maintain account plans for existing and new accounts


  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets


  • Define plan and execute your annual sales strategy


  • Proactively monitor and feed back to Management on market trends and information


Experience


  • Experience in Litigation Support / Management and/or Electronic Discovery experience ideal or background in selling compliance and or risk solutions


  • 2+ years of experience in sales


  • Ideally with some level of formal sales training


  • Exceptional prospecting/hunting skills; be able to build trust, confidence and credibility with clients


  • Ideally previous experience of pro-actively using salesforce.com or other CMS based systems


  • Strong presentation skills and have exceptional people skills


  • Good track record in meeting targets


  • Ability to establish plan and maintain focus


  • Be flexible and adaptable in approach


  • Communicates positively at all levels both internally and externally


  • Exceptional time management, planning and organization skills


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required #LI-CM1
