What You’ll Get to Do!!
As a Travel Coordinator, you will make it your mission to have a sense of urgency, be deadline driven, be organized and able to prioritize tasks you are executing and a self-starter that’s capable of juggling multiple projects at once and execute them to completion.
Key functions you will perform!
Manage all travel related tasks for hundreds of trips each week, which includes but not limited to; coordinating with travel agency to book airfare, arrange car rentals and hotel stays, reconciling invoices for accuracy and process invoices for payment
Collaborate with travel vendors to include hotels, car rentals and airlines to secure travel for MVM staff
Coordinate and solve any cost discrepancies with hotel management
Track all travel related expenses to include but not limited to; expense reports, hotel itineraries and air travel changes
Leverage EXCEL functionality to stay organized and provide reportable data
Organize documentation for billing department and accounts payable
Ability to flex work hours to meet the travel needs of the business
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you will need to have:
Bachelors’ Degree
At least one year of professional experience
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Accustomed to producing error-free work
Strong oral and written communication skills and proper telephone etiquette.
