Job Description:

The Closing Specialist II will operate under a Dual Specialist capacity. The individual will request and receive outstanding closing packages ensuring fees are accurate and acceptable for purchase or refinance transactions. Reviewing the payment hub system to ensure wire information matches and will not expire per policy guidelines is an integral day to day process in this role.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-year mortgage processing or closing experience
• Basic office skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic Computer Skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
