DESCRIPTION - EXTERNAL
To serve our internal and external customers by ensuring the cleanliness of the warehouse and facility grounds (e.g.
parking lots) items (e.g. full goods, raw materials, trash and recycled items). Maintain building, general electrical,
mechanical, plumbing, building repair.

JOB DUTIES:
• Maintains cleanliness and assists in the organization of the warehouse (e.g. gathers damaged materials, cleans up
spills, picks up and empties trash, cleans floor).
• Maintains facility grounds to ensure appearance and safety (e.g. plows snow from parking lots, internal facility
roadways, sidewalks, mows grass). Repairs electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, painting of entire facility.
• Adheres to all company policies, standards and procedures (e.g. OSHA and safety requirements, AIB and Pepsi
standards, Federal/State/Local Laws); wears all required personal protective equipment.
• Communicates with co-workers, supervisor and management team verbally regarding the status of work activities;
supervisor regarding questions or issues with daily assignment.
• Completes equipment safety checklists, time off requests, and other required paperwork according to established
standards.
• Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works overtime as needed to meet
workload demands. Performs other related duties as required.
• Accurately builds pallets of product by identifying proper location and quantity of product requested on build
sheets; ensures that each pallet is staged and loaded correctly and safely; wraps pallets securely either by hand or
machine; loads pallets onto trailers according to established standards.
• Verifies incoming and outgoing deliveries according to established standards (e.g. bill of lading present, trailer
secured).
• Transports recycling to recycling center
• Maintains cleanliness, organization of work area, completes assigned P.M.'s (sanitation) according to work
assignment.
• Acquires appropriate materials for completition of repairs and maintenance.
• Work with management and contractors on building and repair projects.
• Delivery of materials to ownership group
• General R&M at corporate office.
• General duties with corporate assignments.
• Completion of abatements pertaining to Inspections.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Experience: 6-12 months forklift experience in a warehouse environment; previous
food/beverage warehouse experience strongly preferred.

Valid Driver"s license. Employee must be insurable to operate a vehicle, as a condition of
initial and continued employment.
Other Requirements: Knowledge of: warehouse/food distribution environment; beverage industry. Skill in: internal
customer service. Ability to: count accurately; read (e.g. load sheets) and write; work
quickly, efficiently, and independently; communicate effectively with other employees and
develop good working relationships; adapt to change; obtain a forklift license; operate a
forklift, pallet jack, crusher, floor scrubber, tractor and other mechanical equipment;
perform basic math functions (e.g. addition, subtraction). Other functions, skills and
