As the Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for the daily management of credit limits assigned to new and existing customers. What you'll do on a typical day:


  • Complete in-depth credit investigation including credit bureau data, payment history and analysis of financial statements

  • Collaborate and foster effective communication with customer and sales partners

  • Conduct research to support/decline future business with customers

  • Develop and track action plan to meet monthly individual and team goals


What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


  • Bachelor's degree or related work or military experience

  • 1 year of credit department experience supporting business to business portfolio of customers


It'd be great if you also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business , Accounting, or Finance or successful employment history working in a high-volume customer global shared service/finance role

  • Credit automation software experience desired (HighRadius, Get Paid, etc)

  • Quickly learns and achieves proficiency in new software applications as needed

  • Oracle or SAP experience

  • Fluency in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel (Pivot, Vlookup) and PowerPoint
