REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE IN THE  FOLLOWING AREAS ARE CONSIDERED CRITICAL TO THIS POSITION.

• Excellent attendance record


• Intermediate skill level in Excel, Word


• Computer experience a must and typing of numbers with accuracy


• Strong organizational skills


• Must be able to communicate effectively and conduct themselves professionally, with excellent written and verbal communications


• Function well in team environment


• Self-motivator


• Good math skills
  
   

Duties include, but not limited to,…

1. Printing orders


2. Helping with schedule changes


3. Checking on the material availability on new orders


4. Reporting on the production completion for various departments


5. Assist in the answering of problems and changes on existing orders


6. Assist as needed for purchase order receiving in computer system.
