The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of the onboarding workflow for all independent Service Providers and driver helpers. As the assigned resource from the recruiting department, the onboarding coordinator will facilitate, audit, and track various documents and enrollments throughout the onboarding process.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Initiate and monitor the completion of background checks, reports, records, and certifications as needed.
Communicate, on a routine and scheduled basis, with the onboarding candidate, recruiter, and local management.
Assist all candidates in the completion of their paperwork as needed to finish their enrollment/onboarding
Validate legal compliance and eligibility
Identify resolution to issues and take actions as-well able to work in a fast-paced environment
Understand customer and geographically driven onboarding requirements, and assign proper workflow accordingly.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
General computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, AS400

Must have the ability to work in a fast paced/high volume environment
Transportation industry knowledge and experience is a plus
