Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting lead growth, campaign efficiency and analysis for performance marketing programs. The marketing coordinator will assist in the paid search, social media and reputation management programs. This is big opportunity for a person who is driven, curious and detail-oriented!
Essential Job Functions:
Paid search account management & optimization to drive leads and sales for both Trutech and Critter Control
Manage and execute accounts/campaigns across paid platforms including campaign creation, forecasting, budget management, multi-variant testing and optimization
Ensure campaign performance across multiple accounts achieve KPIs
Produce reports and conduct analysis to provide actionable insights
Manage Call Tracking accounts
Reputation Management
Manage review generation platform for Critter Control and Trutech
Post and monitor social media for reviews and respond appropriately. Escalate when warranted.
Ensure that the tone of voice is consistent across channels,
Stay on top of industry trends and advise team on findings.
Participate in marketing strategy sessions.
Other administrative duties.
