Position Summary

The Aircraft Programs Specialist reports to the Process Engineering & Aircraft Programs Sr. Manager and is responsible for the efficient execution of the work scope for the subscriptions and warranties. Adheres and promotes the Clay Lacy Vision, Mission and Values daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Flight Operations Subscriptions Programs


• Review and approve flight operations subscription invoices


• Work closely with Flight Crew and Maintenance Team for troubleshooting


• Work closely with Accounts Payable/Receivable and FP&A


• Work closely with service vendors and partners


• Additional multiple duties as required/assigned

Education

Associates degree or equivalent experience

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of aviation experience, preferred in flight operations

Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills


• Ability to prioritize and organize work flow


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Able to multi-task


• Known for working well with all levels of managers, staff, clients and vendors


•  Able to handle sensitive documents in a very confidential manner


•   Able to take initiative and execute assigned tasks in a timely and flawless manner


•  Strong teamwork acumen with a profound ability to work under pressure


•  Strong passion for working in a fast paced and result oriented environment


•  Exceptional interpersonal skills
