About the Team
J.P. Morgan is transforming how we do payments. Real Time Payments has seen significant growth at JP Morgan and a key priority for the firm. The Global Real Time Payments (Global RTP) team is responsible for the strategy, development, and commercialization of the firm's real time payments offering across the globe supporting clients including fin-techs, gig economy companies, and mid-sized/large corporates. The Global RTP team sits within the CIB's Wholesale Payments division.
The RTP Senior Product Manager will report into the Head of Global Real Time Payments and is responsible for developing and managing the global real-time product offering as well as overseeing the execution by the regional product teams.
Key responsibilities:
• Contribute to the strategy, vision and prioritization of global real time payments
• Drive and develop an industry leading global product offering
• Partner with regions on market opportunities, client pipelines and regulatory requirements
• Ensure teams are working on the right priorities to capitalize on business opportunities
• Deliver on a set of global features that support speed to market and a consistent client experience
• Provide solutions for clients that would be innovative, simple to implement and easy to use.
• Influence market and industry capabilities and concepts
• Collaborate with product owners, technology and operations and provide oversight on program/project execution
• Partner with Clients and Sales to identify market needs and develop real time, 24x7 solutions
• Delivery best in class controls; partner with global risk and control stakeholders to evaluate risks and ensure risk requirements are met
• Identify and advocate enhancements to build our broader real-time, 24x7 infrastructure
• Build and manage a team of global product managers
