Qualification/Requirements
At least 18 years old
Maintains a current valid driver’s license or CDL.
Basic reading and writing in English.
Must pass pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol screening.
Job Description
Oversees and directs the work of small to medium hydro blasting jobs at client’s site in accordance with client and business requirements and Wastewater Specialties policies, practices, and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Practice’s safety procedures in accordance with training and guidelines when working.
Operates all necessary equipment in service line in accordance with operation training and guidelines and safety procedures.
Instructs, directs, and assist crew in performance of job duties in accordance with client requirements.
Interacts with customer regarding job status, client requirements and assures customer satisfaction.
Inspects equipment and general work area prior to the start of any job. Corrects deficiencies that may cause accidents, injuries, lost productivity, or harm to equipment or that are inconsistent with client’s requirements.
Trained on the use of all PPE required to do the work safely.
Wears personal protective equipment as required by Wastewater Specialties, OSHA, and customer regulations.
Immediately reports all accidents, near misses and injuries involving employee or others while operating company vehicles/equipment to Safety Manager over the area
Perform maintenance when required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Demonstrated Knowledge, Skills / Abilities
Ability to confirm with work hours.
Ability to report to work within one hour of receiving call to work.
Ability to lift a minimum of 100 lbs.
Ability to walk/stand for long periods of times.
Ability to climb vertical structures such as scaffolding/ladders/trucks.
Working Environment
