AC Maintenance Technician at 1st Lake Properties in Mandeville, Louisiana

$1,500 sign-on bonus!

We are a highly-regarded property management firm in the greater New Orleans, LA area.  We pride ourselves on providing our residents with best-in-class service through impeccable property management services and responsive support.

We are currently in need of an experienced AC Maintenance Technician to join our team of property management professionals at our Grand Palms apartment community in Mandeville, LA.  The ideal candidate must have a background in property maintenance and a license to work with refrigerant. 

AC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Provide our residents with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair services in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner


• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents move-ins


• Participate in an on-call rotation with other maintenance technicians for emergency after-hours calls


• Complete required paperwork such as inventory logs, service tickets and daily recap sheets

AC Maintenance Technician Qualifications

• Experience with repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance matters


• EPA Section 608 certified to work with refrigerants (we can test and certify you if needed)


• Owns tools and reliable transportation; and, has a valid driver's license


• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening


• Ability to work in an on-call rotation for emergency calls
