Messer is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to join the IT team at our corporate office.

Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Managing Microsoft Active Directory use and management

  • Creating, designing and modifying DHCP scopes and DNS management

  • Availability and performance monitoring for Windows OS servers

  • Configuring and managing virtualization platforms such as VMware

  • Maintaining Linux hardware OS level patching

  • Configure and manage Citrix Xen servers

  • Configure and manage Citrix XenApp servers

  • Lead software deployment and testing on Citrix environment

  • Backup software, appliances and procedures

  • Troubleshoot issues at a tier II level

  • Handle helpdesk escalations

  • Configure and manage Cisco and Meraki router and switches

  • VoIP phones and network configurations, routers and switches

    Minimum Requirements:



  • 5 to 7 years of experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

  • Ability to lift 30 pounds (technical equipment/ supplies)

  • Knowledge of SAN or shared storage platforms

  • Knowledge of Intel based server platforms including rack and blade servers

  • Familiarity with thin client hardware usage and management

  • Experience with Microsoft O365

    Additional Skills a plus but not required:



  • Cisco Call Manager and Unity understanding

  • Spam, WAN accelerators, Load balancers and other common appliances
