Job Description:

2nd Cook Needed on Research/Survey Vessels and Offshore Supply Vessels- East Coast and GOM

− to execute the safety- and environmental policy on board;

− always to comply with (inter)national legislation, flag state requirements, accepted industry standards, Company decrees and contracts;

− to take care of the food processing, catering and domestic services in accordance with the required standards of both the client, company;

− to take care of all food and domestic appliances and supplies including entrance control and storage;

− serving meals and consumptions;

− maintain of the living accommodations;

− to perform assigned administration duties;

− ensuring the excellent state, maintenance and hygienic conditions of the living accommodations, galley, storerooms and domestic appliances;

− ordering food and cleaning articles;

− the environmentally correct processing of waste products.

− good command of the working language of the vessel, verbally and in writing;

− relevant work experience;

− knowledge of order and hygiene

MMC with OS or AB Rating

STCW

VI/6: VPDSD/Securtiy Awareness
