Provide overall technical oversight of programs. May include supervision of specialty engineers or others. Design or manage the design and implementation of complex technical programs. Plan, manage, monitor or conduct Systems Engineering.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in engineering, computer science, math or physics is required. For equivalency purposes, two (2) years of experience in the areas specified below is considered equivalent to one (1) year of formal education/training.

General Experience:

In addition to the above, eight (8) years of experience in conducting engineering development of combat systems elements is required.

Specialized Experience:

In addition to the general experience listed above, four (4) years of experience in engineering involving surveillance radars such as those listed in the statement of work is required.
