Responsibilities
Provides technical/management leadership and staff supervision on major tasks or technology assignments and establish goals and plans that meet project objectives.
Directs and controls activities, having overall responsibility forservice delivery, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
Interfacing withclient and corporatesenior management.
Develop and manage dashboards in Agile Lifecycle Management System (ALMS) tools such as JIRA, Agile Craft, and helpdesk tools like ServiceNow, etc.
Provide support for ECN SharePoint development and management that includes creation and monitoring of ECN sites, including writing policies and standard operating procedures.
Provide administrative support to assist Transformation Program by preparing for meetings with industry, Congressional representatives, other Government agencies, the public, and other oversight entities, conducting technical briefings, management meetings.
Work in concert with Office of Information Technology (OIT) Agile coaches to advise and support implementation of new or revised processes.
Provide support with initial triaging, assignments, and understanding of resolving incident tickets of ServiceNow.
Supports staff skills matrix and succession planning for internal project promotion
Other tasks and support activities related to contract requirements delivery for plans, reports, meetings, notes, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or similar
6+ years of experience in software/systemsdevelopment and 4+ leading technical solutions
A CSMand/or other technical certificationsis highly preferred
Must be a US citizen and be able to pass DHS background investigation EOD
Physical Demands
Remains in a sitting/stationary position continually or almost continually during the work day
Operates a computer and performs desk-based computer tasks continually; frequently viewing a computer screen
Rarely lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling objects and/or equipment that weighs up to 50 pounds
