Job Description:

I. Position Qualifications:

a. Bachelor's degree required in social sciences, mental health, or related field.

b. Research experience in health and human services preferred.

II. Summary of Job:

a. Provide a wide array of support for field-based evaluation projects including:

• participant tracking and retention


• data collection within required timeframes


• data entry


• database maintenance


• provision of ongoing internal and external reports


• assisting evaluators in the dissemination and utilization of evaluation information and other grant requirements


• capacity to work effectively both independently, as well as, within a team

b. Capacity to manage responsibilities and prioritize tasks in an enviornment with many activities and competing priorities.

III. Essential Duties and Responsibilites:

a. Research Planning and Management

• participant as an active team member in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of grant projects.


• work closely with other team members and team leader

b. Data Collection, management, and analysis

• ensure that all data are collected and submitted as required by funding agencies.


• competent in the use of personal computers and software in data management, document creation and system maintenance, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, REDCap, and SPSS.

c. Writing and Dissemination

• able to communicate clearly and effectively with staff, supervisors, and others


• possess organizational skills to maintain records and coordinate other tasks


• skilled in speaking and writing to persons of various social, cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds


• assist with grant report writing

d. Organizational Development

• possess organizational skills to maintain records and coordinate other tasks


• participate in Research and Evaluation Division initiatives that contribute to the overall success and development of the division and Centerstone as a whole.

participate in internal workgroups and/or communities that contribute to the overall success of the divison.

e. Other

• Possess a valid driver's license and be willing/able to travel locally


• Quality improvement activities
