Dura-Line is growing fast, and we need some extra support in our People Team for the US. 

We are currently hiring a MULTIPLE NEW remote contract recruiter & HR Admins to assist our HR managers at the manufacturing sites in USA & Canada. (M-F flexible 40 hours a week). 

Pay rate $16/hr-$20/hr DOE. We would provide a laptop and training and looking for someone that can start ASAP.

• We need a driven & proactive individual with outstanding attention to detail, that is comfortable working in a multi-site fast-paced environment.


• Must be organized and able to keep track and source for multiple tasks and work with multiple cross-functional teams across the US/Canada.


• A background in a process-driven company, manufacturing and/or staffing recruitment is preferred but not required.


• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be familiar using Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Project management background is a huge plus.


• RECRUITER: Must be familiar job boards for actively sourcing candidates (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder)


• ADMIN: Familiar with preboarding and onboarding HRIS systems
