First PREMIER Bank is looking for a Payment Services Associate to process and balance items, compile cash letters and transmission of files to various customers both internal and external. Ensure best possible collection of funds on deposit with Federal Reserve Bank.  Position is highly supervised and follows well-defined procedures.

Compensation and Schedule 

Starting wage is determined based on prior work experiences.

This position does qualify for 10% shift differential!

Full- time Hours:

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 5:00AM-1:00PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create cash letters and understand how to match to pocket cut totals.


• Perform data-entry by 10-key touch on PC based equipment. 


• 
  Maintain/Clean Equipment. 


• Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and treats customers fairly. 

Skills and Qualifications

• Prior Payment Services processing experience is preferred but not required; 10-key by touch, operating automated mail-opening equipment or transport operating equipment are preferred.


• Deadline-oriented with excellent time management skills


• Must be able to communicate effectively to get important points across in the process of accurately completing a transaction, whether internal or external, or resolving difficult and sensitive issues.


• Must be able to cooperatively interact with co-workers so as to promote an effective, productive work unit.
