Supervisor, Regulatory & Compliance at Inmar in Grand Prairie, Texas

Job Description:

Under general managerial direction from the Senior Manager, Regulatory and Compliance, the incumbent manages the regulatory compliance process with focus on DEA, State Board of Pharmacy, FDA, EPA and OSHA. Performs in-depth review and inspection of all compliance policies and procedures to ensure minimal risk for Inmar while still allowing the warehouses to effectively conduct business and serve their Clients. Plans, coordinates, supervises and/or executes all aspects of Inmar’s Regulatory Compliance audit program and training for exempt and non-exempt personnel in the Facility.

Primary Accountabilities:

Administrative (15%)


  • Timely response to standard regulatory agency requests

  • Develop/Update regulatory training materials

  • Monitor regulations for changes that may impact operations

Operational (55%)


  • Participate in regulatory agency inspections

  • Support Quality during customer audits

  • Monitor required regulatory reporting and any resulting errors; ensure Puerto Rico quarterly report is submitted

  • Understand Operational procedures and identify regulatory gaps

  • Work with operations to implement new regulations or changed regulations

Project Management (30%)


  • Conduct regulatory audits

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and potential regulatory issues

Required Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Super3-5 Years work experience and/or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.

  • Travel time (5%)
