Education, Experience, and Proficiencies:
Hold or are working towards a bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Communication or a related field; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Sales and/or customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms and Sage 100 (ERP)
Microsoft Office 365

You Will Be Accountable For:
Operating as the primary point of contact for any and all matters specific to your assigned accounts.
Achieving weekly call goals and monthly/quarterly sales goals.
Identifying and developing new partners.
Supporting your assigned Account Manager as a secondary contact for their account base.
Making quality assurance calls and providing consistently exceptional customer service to all partners.
