StructureCare, based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is a premier engineering and restoration company working to protect parking structure investments throughout the Mid-Atlantic. We believe in a strong connection between the engineering and implementation of a solution. We are currently seeking an engaging, energetic, and detailed Administrative Coordinator to join the team!

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you'll bring top-notch organizational and time-management skills and help take StructureCare to a new level by providing administrative support to the operations team.  

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:


  • High School diploma (or GED) required.

  • Five (5) or more years administrative experience.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs with emphasis on Excel.

  • SAP experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention-to-detail. 

  • The ability to prioritize tasks, projects, and deadlines.
