Our Role:
The Manager of Strategy, Oversight and Administration within the Office of the Chief Actuary will report to and work closely with the Chief of Staff of the Actuarial organization.  This critical role will support the strategy, culture and climate and administrative functioning of Actuarial, which is a part of the broader Financial Management community at Prudential.
You will partner with the senior and extended leadership team across Actuarial and other leaders across the Company.  You will need to be organized, enthusiastic, and a great communicator, with strong analytical skills.  Your knowledge about our business practices and desire to effect positive change will contribute to discussions and thought leadership with a group of like-minded professionals. What You Will Do:
The successful candidate will help to centralize and lead the following strategic and administration related activities within Actuarial, with an eye toward driving operational efficiency via process improvement:
•    Transition to and ongoing management of the hybrid workforce model, including space plans, in consultation with Corporate Real Estate and Human Resources
•    Planning and content development of high impact Actuarial wide meetings/forums in partnership with Global Communications and Conference and Event Management Services
•    Vendor administration in collaboration with Actuarial personnel and other stakeholders, including Strategic Sourcing, Global Technology, Vendor Governance and external partners
•    Headcount and budget management, in concert with Actuarial leadership, Finance and Human Resources
•    Enterprise initiatives as they arise that require Actuarial support, obtaining exposure to the corporate functions and businesses across Prudential

•    Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Experience driving process improvement and operational efficiencies
•    Ability to translate strategy into content
•    Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders 
•    Proven financial and business acumen
