Designs, develops, and implements supply chain solutions in support of internal/external customers and/or corporate initiatives. Leads overall solution development as the key interface with Sales, Engineering/Operations, Technology, and other internal resources to align deliverables with overall project goals throughout the project lifecycle. Provides support with tenured Project Managers on customer projects. Provides supply chain improvement recommendations by evaluating the customer supply chain network while applying fact-based analysis and knowledge in transportation modes.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business or a related field. Minimum of four (4) years business experience in a supply chain related field to include designing, maintaining, and/or implementation of solutions to complex business situations. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Ability to project manage and work on multiple assignments concurrently. Ability to present solutions to customers and leadership. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written, oral and presentation skills. Advanced skills with business software, spreadsheet applications and presentation applications. Embraces learning and continual improvement.
