Partner with the best

As our PM Training and Development Leader you will manage the training, development, and qualifications of the Integrated Well Services (IWS) Project Managers. You will be responsible to develop, roll out and drive Project Manager career development program. Ensure that company training and competence systems are applied, and the content is suitable and valid. And collaborate with the region leaders, as well as the Project Managers themselves to facilitate the training and deliverables.

As Project Management Training and Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with our non-negotiables and cultural pillars


• Development, roll out and driving the new Project Manager Career development program.


• Closing collaboration with Baker Hughes One Academy and OFS Training & Development to deliver relevant, fit for purpose content and timely training


• Coaching and supporting the Project Managers to achieve planned qualifications


• Building Project Management pipeline for future operations


• Talent & Career Development


• Driving Continuous Improvement

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry significant experience


• 5+ years of operational work experience in the areas of Project Management


• 3 + years of experience in training, competency, or curriculum management


• Thorough understanding of Well Construction planning and operations


• Thorough understanding and proven application of Project Management methodologies and PMBoK.


• Strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.


• Ability to influence teams across organizational boundaries


• Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization

Desired Characteristics:

• 2 years of Operations / Service Delivery management experience preferred


• Prior experience includes roles such as: Field operations leadership, Project Manager operations, Operations Coordinator/Manager
