As we grow, we are seeking a dynamic Water Resources EIT in our Atlanta, GA office.


The Water Resource Engineer-In-Training Candidate must be able to perform complex and/or unique engineering functions, advanced field data collection, and troubleshooting for a variety of water resource related projects. These types of projects include, but are not limited to field data collection, regulatory compliance, assisting with developing design specifications, introductory H&H and water quality modeling, conducting plan reviews, report writing, sanitary sewer flow analysis, and more.


Requirements:



  • Candidates will have a minimum BS in Civil, Environmental, Biosystems, or Agricultural Engineering

  • An Engineer-In-Training certification is strongly preferred

  • Duties include field work, office work, and frequent local travel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals


Other Qualifications:



  • Candidate must be highly motivated, possess strong organizational and time management skills, and excel in a multidiscipline project team environment.

  • Candidate must be able to communicate well in a virtual environment.

  • Candidate must have excellent presentation, communication, and writing skills.

  • Candidate must be able to respond effectively to inquiries from clients and regulatory agencies.

  • Knowledge of stormwater modeling software, ESRI software, and Microsoft Office suite is preferred.

  • Stormwater plan review experience is preferred

  • Candidate must have and maintain a satisfactory driving record, as required by our insurance company, must be able to travel overnight and/or out of town, and be able to work overtime as required.

  • Experience with structural BMP design and performance is preferred.
