Job Description

The Display Development & Services Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of successful Branded and Private Label display promotions for our retailers. In this position you will work closely with Display Managers, Display Procurement & Services Manager, Customer Strategy, Brand Marketing, Sales, Creative Services, Supply Chain and Finance. In addition, you will partner and manage relationships with Third Party Vendors for final execution operations, budgets & timelines.


  • Partner with Customer Strategy, Brand Marketing, Sales and Finance teams to develop strategic promotional display solutions for our retailers. Supportive of aligned upon Brand & Customer strategies and marketing requirements.

  • Ideate new display strategies with Customer Strategy, Shopper Marketing & Shopper Insights to grow overall brand, customer & consumer-relevant display execution at retail.

  • Maintain standardization and consolidation of display structural formats to ensure all display structures are modular for better bulk buys and lower per unit costs to maintain overall profitability.

  • Partner closely with Creative Services team to develop successful display programs through thoughtful consumer-centric creative direction and SME guidance to ensure displays are standing out against the competitive set in retail.

  • Manage third party vendor relations to drive competitive all-in-cost bids, premium quality, and on-time display promotions.

  • Work with vendors to provide weekly status reports by project, and communicate updates & requirements to applicable internal teams.

  • Work with vendors to test products in sample displays for function and fit, assisted in reviewing all preproduction samples to ensure that they are within specification before final approval.

  • Partner closely with the Display Supply Chain team for requirements of corrugate, timing and deployment execution to meet customer forecast STA commitments.

  • Responsible to oversee and maintain adequate corrugate inventory levels for future everyday display needs and work with vendors to submit PO's accordingly. Will partner with Display Procurement & Services Manager for direct management and ordering.

  • Manage creation of all Display Deals and Bill of Materials. Ensure all promotion scope details are captured inclusive of cost, brand, customer (if applicable), and detailed description by promotion for consistent data management.

  • Analyze all display promotion development by conducting gross profit analysisto determine ROI on requests and ensure programs are profitable for the business.

  • Compile, communicate and analyze by Brand the display activity (holistic of both quantity and dollar volumes) for each month, quarter, fiscal year and the forecast for future months for the Top 10 Customer display accounts.

  • Weekly meetings with Customer Strategy teams to review latest development strategy, latest Unconsumed Display offenders, and latest forecast strategy on the Top 10 Customer display accounts to track and maintain all approved display requests and pending sales orders.

  • Create, track, and maintain ongoing promotional display activity during Corporate Events.

Display Services:


  • Manage requests from Inventory Management / Demand Planning for procurement of club trays, dividers, platforms, lids and various Club Business corrugate parts. Includes quoting, awarding purchase orders and providing delivery details upon request.

  • Responsible for Club Tray Purchase Orders being submitted via Oracle ordering platform.

  • Reconcile AP Invoices - confirming all materials are received for vendor payment purposes (FOB 3rd party).

  • PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) - instrumental in process of new artwork from beginning to end. Review job request to ensure all support documentation is attached and direction is clear prior to assigning to an artist. Ensure all promotion scope details are captured inclusive of cost, brand, customer (if applicable), and detailed description by promotion for consistent data management. PLM data attributes to be created for all merchandising materials for tracking purposes.

  • Partner closely with Inventory Management / Demand Planning and Display Managers to oversee process continuity between internal Warehousing & Distribution and third party vendor co-packers to ensure responsibilities are clear by project and timelines are met.





Job Requirements



  • 5-7 years in Marketing and/or Trade Merchandising required; 2+ years within Trade Merchandising preferred

  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel with the ability to create spreadsheets

  • Proficiency in Oracle, AS400, & PLM preferred

  • Must possess excellent analytical, excel and follow-up skills

  • Ability to multitask in fast-pasted and creative environment

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Work collaboratively with multiple departments with focus on driving results

  • Must be Detailed Orientated, hands on, and work well in a fast paced evolving environment

  • Bachelor's Degree required
