Toppan Merrill is excited to announce that we are expanding our XBRL Service Team. We are looking for experienced Client Services Project Managers to join our talented team in St Paul. About the Role:

The XBRL Project Manager manages the coordination of financial and transactional SEC filings, by working with and supporting other internal teams. This position is responsible for ensuring project deliverables are accurate and timely. You will be seen as an expert by understanding client needs and providing real and effective solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead or assists in the preparation of disclosure documents for multiple clients with support of other internal teams


• Prepares XBRL filings using our proprietary technology


• Utilizes our internal systems to track and monitor progress on project deliverables. Ensures billing information is up to date


• Ensures project deliverables for clients are accurate and timely


• Consults and advises clients on workflow and process

Qualifications and Experience:

• BA/BS degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience


• Previous work experience in a similar client service environment


• Knowledge and experience in the Financial Disclosure Services Industry, Information Technology and/or Accounting preferred


• Strong industry knowledge, with an understanding of document types, including their purpose and application


• Experience with project multitasking and ability to lead others through high pressure situations
